• Efficient Setup: Our dedicated team ensures a seamless set up two hours before your event, taking care of every detail.
• Space Consideration: Measure your event space before selecting a package to guarantee a perfect fit for our equipment.
• Power Outlet Requirements: Ensure a standard power outlet within 50 feet if renting a bouncy house.
• Surface Recommendation:  Choose  flat surfaces like concrete, grass, tile, wood, or turf for the play area to enhance the overall experience.
• No Set-Up on Unstable Surfaces: Please note that our play area cannot be set up on dirt, gravel, mud, or sand under any  circumstances. 
• Sprinkler System Precautions: Turn off the sprinkler system to ensure a dry and enjoyable play experience for  children     
• Weather Considerations: Plan for a covered or shaded area during high temperatures (100 degrees or more). Our team won't set up in a rainy (5% chance of rain or more) or windy conditions (20 mph or more) unless an alternative indoor space is provided. Please plan accordingly for a worry-free event! 

*To protect the materials and integrity of the soft play equipment,  Playful Pixies will not set up at pool parties or any water play events that could potentially damage the equipments.

• Adult supervision is required at all times
• Only ages 1-5 years old with a parent/guardian is allowed inside the play area.
• All participants are required to wear socks inside the play area (no bare feet)
• No Shoes or Sandals.
• No Food, Drinks, or Sweets
• No face paint, water play, or stain prone products (i.e: glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos, markers, crayons, bubbles, etc)
• No sharp objects
• No pets 
• No diving in to the ball pit or throwing balls outside of the play area
• All of the equipments must stay inside the play area 
• To ensure a productive and efficient pick up, please do not attempt to move the equipment yourself. For your safety, our team will pick up the equipment at the end of your event. We just ask that you please place all the balls inside the ball pit prior to pick up

*If these rules are not followed, you will forfeit your cleaning deposit and may be subject to replacement costs.

• Reservation.  A 30% deposit is required upon booking to confirm and secure the reservation. Final payment is due and must be paid 5 days or earlier prior to your event date. Please ensure timely payment to guarantee the reservation of the agreed services. Your reservations will be subject to cancellations if the remaining balance isn't paid 5 days prior to your event.
• Set Up Considerations and Venue Coordination. A two-hour setup time must be factored in the reservations when selecting venues for your events. As the renter of the soft play equipments, you are required to discuss with the vendor owner or manager of the venue whether Playful Pixies LLC can set up two hours prior to the event. Any additional charges imposed by the venue for early setup are the responsibility of the client, who must pay any associated fees. 
• Credit Card Authorization and Cleaning Fees. To uphold equipment preservation standards, a cleaning fee shall be included in your outstanding balance. This fee, clearly outlined in your invoice will be refunded within 1 to 2 business days following the return of the equipment in its pristine state. Nevertheless, should the equipment be returned with stains or damages, the cleaning fee will be withheld as compensation. Notification of any such damages will be provided to the customer in advance. Please keep in mind refunds can take 5-7 business days to show up on your credit card. 
• Cancellations.  To secure a full refund, please make cancellations at least 14 days before your event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 business days of your event. In such cases, the deposit paid to secure the date will be credited for a future reservation.

*Please check the weather conditions  prior to your event to determine if adjustments are needed for the following reasons: rain, high winds, and/or high temperatures. Playful Pixies have the right to cancel and refuse service due to any weather conditions that will damage the equipment, unless offered an alternative indoor space to set up. Please notify us 72 hours prior to your event if changes in locations need to be made. Communication is key, and we will try to work with you and find ways to best accommodate your needs.
